Inspired by the seasons, elements, and magic of nature we go back to our roots and reconnect to our spirit through gathering together in retreat, sacred circles, and groups experiencing sound, nature-guided meditation, forest bathing, intuitive art and dance, yoga, qigong kirtan, sound journey’s, breath work, hot and cold therapy (sauna and cold plunge), earthing, mindfulness, journaling, connecting to our intuition, soulful foods, and connection and healing the whole person, the mind, body, and soul. A place of rest, rejuvenation, reconnection, rejuvenation, replenishing, and getting to know the inner radiant being you are on this beautiful earth. Let's walk this amazing journey together.

SPRING

is a season of rebirth renewal. Just as the flowers bloom we too can embrace new beginnings. Spring invites us to shed the weight of the past experiences and emerge with fresh intentions. The energy of spring inspires us to set new goals for growth and transformation. Spending time in nature during spring, whether it’s playing in the garden or meandering through the forest, can deepen our connection and energy to that renewal.

SUMMER

is a time for abundance and joy. The sun’s warmth encourages us to celebrate life, connect with others, and bask in the richness of our experiences. Taking extra time to enjoy the outdoors, the spaces in nature, the long daylight hours, the sunsets, and the vibrant season. It is a beautiful time to cultivate relationships and express love, reminding us that joy is the most profound shared with others. Summer is high energy and fast paced.

AUTUMN

This is a period of reflection and letting go. Nature shows us how beautiful it is to let go as the leaves turn the beautiful vibrant colors of orange and red and yellow.Autumn encourages us to take time to reflect on our lives, giving us permission to let go of anything that no longer serves us. This beautiful season teaches us the importance of release and letting go, giving us a reminder that transformation and change requires us to shed the layers of our old self . It’s a time of slowing down and going within, of harvesting and enjoying the fruits of our labor.

WINTER

is a time for rest and deep inner work. The season of Winter invites us into a time and space of rest and contemplation.  The shorter days, and colder, quieter months are our perfect time to turn inward, nurturing ourselves and connecting deeper with our truth. Taking time to embrace the stillness of winter, helps us to recharge and prepare for the new growth that spring brings. This is a beautiful season to engage in meditation, journaling, reading, and even cozy, quiet time by a crackling fire and warm light to inspire the connection deep within.

Understanding the deep connection and spiritual meaning of nature and the seasons, allows us to align our lives with a natural rhythm around us.   

Seasons of nature are a reflection of our internal landscapes, helping to guide us toward deeper understanding and connection with ourselves, our souls, and the world around us.

A deep transformational experience. Retreats are a container out of time, a place where you can go and get away from your ordinary life and discover things about yourself. Picture yourself in a spectacular location. A lodge nestled in the forest. amongst mountains. Or perched on a granite ledge,  overlooking the ocean,  surrounded by old-growth forests. How about on a beach, maybe in a desert? A nature-inspired wellness retreat invites us to put ourselves and our mental, physical, and spiritual health first. We come together for a common purpose with like-minded souls, for a life-changing experience. Great care is taken in choosing the facility, facilitators, and space to complement the content and set the intentions for those who attend.

RETREAT EXPERIENENCE

Attending a nature-inspired retreat takes you on a sensory journey through the elements of nature. Maybe a Walk along the beach at the edge of the ocean in your bare feet, feeling the sand and the cool rocks, smelling the salty ocean air, listening to the birds, and the waves upon the shore, feeling the breeze on your face, watching the sunrise, or the sunset, the breathtaking artwork of nature. It could be sitting along the bank of a river watching the water go by, feeling the support of the earth, the breeze through your hair, the warm sun on your face as you allow the water to carry away anything that no longer serves you.

Take a moment to notice the rocks, all of the shapes and sizes, the beautiful shells, and the driftwood, imagining the beautiful artwork you could create. The color and the feel of the water on your bare feet allow you to become present, calm, and at ease, allowing the busy mind and the chatter to leave your body.

Enter the forest, one step at a time, slowing your pace, meandering, smelling the beautiful trees and greenery, observing the textures of the bark, the plants, the moss, and the light dancing through the trees, the nourishing air, and filling your lungs, watching the squirrels and the birds play, allowing yourself to become present and aware of the magic around you, as you wander the woods and the trails.

Sitting amongst the tall cedar, wise with age, and the beautiful birch, grounding your energy deep into the core of the Earth. Feel your breath slow, your heart rate, change the chatter of your mind, and the sense of wonder comes to life.
